Wild woods

WILD WOOD FESTIVAL:

The countdown to midsummer has begun as Wild Wood Festival prepares to return to

its enchanted woodland home from 19 to 21 June 2026. Marking a decade of

independent, community-led celebration, this 10-year anniversary edition is more than

just a festival: it is a three-day odyssey designed to blend underground electronic

music, wellness, and art into a single, mind-expanding experience. Proudly female-

founded and strictly independent, Wild Wood has spent the last ten years building a

reputation for staying true to its community-first ethos by prioritising people,

playfulness, and genuine connection.

With an intimate capacity of just 2000, the site is designed as a landscape of discovery

with surprises tucked around every corner. Hidden stages, secret tents, and art

installations are woven throughout the trees, sitting alongside creative workshops and

an extensive wellness programme. This year is particularly special as it features a

complete redesign of the Lost Stage and the return of the Vortex main stage, which sits

in the heart of the woods featuring world-class laser and light programming.

The 2026 music line-up is a masterclass in underground curation. Influential selectors

including Erol Alkan, Luke Una, Palms Trax, and Call Super are set to lead the weekend.

A definitive highlight of the decade celebration includes a rare HUNEE B2B Optimo set,

alongside performances from Paula Tape, Ivan Smagghe, and Auntie Flo. These artists

are joined by esteemed party partners such as Wigflex, Margate Arts Club, and Club

Cowgirl, ensuring the woods are filled with everything from Balearic sunset vibes to

high-intensity club energy.

Beyond the dancefloor, Wild Wood remains a sanctuary for restoration. The wellness

programme includes sound healing, breathwork, and yoga, complemented by wood-

fired hot tubs, saunas, and ice baths. It is this delicate balance of underground energy

and holistic connection that defines the Wild Wood spirit. Reaching a tenth year in

these woods is a testament to the dedicated community who return every summer to

play, dance, and disappear into nature. Wild Wood is final proof that when you prioritise

community over scale, true magic happens.
